Ningshan Lentinus edodes is a specialty of ningshan county, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. Ningshan mushrooms are famous for their thick meat, good mushroom shape and high quality. Ningshan county listed edible fungi as one of the three leading industries in the county, and implemented small base construction, overall planning and key promotion. In order to increase farmers' income, this year, we will focus on developing high-altitude Pleurotus nebrodensis and out-of-season rare bacteria, thus optimizing the varieties of edible fungi. At present, the mushroom production in this county has expanded to more than 100 villages in 10 townships in the county, basically forming a trend of radiation around the four bases, and a large number of specialized townships, specialized villages and large growers stand out. There are more than 200 farmers producing more than 10,000 bags in the county. In three years, Ningshan has achieved triple jump, from 1.5 million bags to more than 3.5 million bags this year, making it the largest production base of off-season fresh mushrooms in the province. "Ningshan Lentinus edodes" passed the examination of the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and organized expert review, and implemented the registration and protection of national geographical indications of agricultural products.
