Shiquan folk wine

Shiquan folk wine is a specialty of Shiquan County, Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. Shiquan's wine culture has a long history. Since ancient times, every household has the custom of baking grain wine and fruit wine. The grain wine brewed by traditional techniques has a mellow entrance and a long aftertaste, which is refreshing and enjoys a high reputation in southern Shaanxi. The varieties include corn wine, jujube wine, rice wine, yellow wine, sweet wine, carambola wine, sorghum wine, stem wine, persimmon wine, coriander soaked wine and so on. Therefore, the deductive drinking etiquette and drinking persuasion games are very rich and interesting. As far as the stroke boxing is concerned, there are "Gao Sheng Boxing", "Two Good Boxing", "Crab Boxing", "Beating Right Boxing", "Girl Boxing", "Old Man Boxing" and "Dumb Boxing" among the people. Popular folk songs to persuade wine include "Ten glasses of wine", "Eight glasses of wine" and "Five glasses of wine" with folk tunes and flower drums. There are also wine orders based on guessing, such as "the word is airtight, the cross is in the middle, and the cross is pushed up, which word wins a cup" (the answer is the word "ancient").
