Liu Yiji, the founder, combined local tea, tea-making and cake-making techniques to make train cakes, which is a famous product in Fenqi Lake. At present, there are four flavors of train cakes: one is sweet green tea, which is not ordinary green tea, but a unique formula refined from local alpine oolong tea. The second is salty mung beans, which are fried with pure mung bean paste without adding meat. The third is salted red bean braised pork. The last one is purple yam, which is a healthy food. Either way, the crispy skin on the outside is added with alpine honey. The shelf life of the four kinds of cakes is generally baked on the same day and can be stored for five days.
