Ritu cashmere

Japanese cashmere is a specialty of Ari Ritu County, Tibet. Ritu County mainly raises yaks, cows, sheep, goats, horses and other livestock, among which goats account for a large proportion, and white cashmere goats are the characteristic resources of our county. Our county white cashmere goats account for 3.69% of the total number of Tibetan goats and 10.86% of the total number of Qiangtang goats. White cashmere in our county is the best goat variety resource in China, with the characteristics of high variety purity, high cashmere fineness, high yield, high hair follicle density, fine fiber and excellent cashmere quality. It has always enjoyed a long-standing reputation at home and abroad, and has won the Silver Award and Gold Award in China Agricultural Expo successively, and is called "soft gold" of Japan. Ritu Cashmere Xizang Autonomous Region Ritu Town, Risong Township, Rebang Township, Doma Township and Dongru Township, a total of five townships are under their jurisdiction.
