Gaoshibazi Village, gongmin town, Zizhong County, Sichuan Province is a professional village for pigs. There are 431 households and 1,508 employees in the pig industry in the village, accounting for 75.88% of the total number of farmers in the village. There are 15,600 live pigs in the village all the year round, and the annual output value of live pigs is 54.02 million yuan, accounting for 833.5% of the total agricultural economic income. Established Sankuaishi pig farmers' professional cooperative in Zizhong County, with 324 farmers, accounting for 75% of pig farmers; Breeding implements "five unification" management, that is, unified pig varieties, unified high-quality feed, unified feeding management, unified epidemic prevention and disinfection, and unified purchase and sales. In 2010, the per capita net income of farmers in this village was 6,600 yuan, 23.5% higher than the county average, of which the income from pig breeding was 4,686 yuan, accounting for 71% of the per capita net income. Through years of construction, the village will be built into a modern animal husbandry park, a demonstration village of "pig-marsh-fruit (vegetable)" circular economy, an ecological village in hilly areas of Sichuan, which integrates ecological farming, ecological planting, ecological leisure and ecological health preservation, with clear main functions, clear industrial layout, supporting canal network and roads, park squares and outstanding culture. In 2011, Gaoshibazi Village (pig) was awarded the title of "National One Village One Product Demonstration Village" by the Ministry of Agriculture.
