Liang Pingan fish has a unique cooking method, and the cooked fish is tender but not greasy. Fish is carefully selected, and its characteristics are mainly hemp, spicy, tender and fresh. In 1998, it was rated as Liangping's famous snack by liangping county Consumers Association. An Anyu was founded in 1991, and has been deeply loved by consumers for more than ten years.
