Zhuxi double-season plastic film peanut

Peanut (Cocoa Vanilla, Tianfu No.9 and Hongzizi) is a traditional advantage industry in our town for more than 20 years, and it is also the main cash crop in our town. In order to speed up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, further increase the planting area of cash crops, and promote agricultural efficiency, farmers' income and rural development. Zhuxi double-cropping peanut with plastic film was invented by Chen Rencai, a villager in Foyan Village, former Shaba Township in 2002, planted on a large scale in former Shaba Township in 2003, and piloted in Baochong Village, Zhuxi Town in 2004, and the scale has been expanded year by year. It has short planting period, high yield and good quality, and farmers can flexibly adjust the crops planted on the land, which can well increase the utilization rate of the land and bring more income to farmers. In 2008, it was listed as a 10,000-mu demonstration base of the Ministry of Agriculture. Our town Baochong, Vu Thang, Guancang, Baima, Shuangtan, Xiaba, Xiongjiaping and Foyan Village implemented the demonstration planting of high-quality and high-yield 10,000-mu flowers, of which 3,000 mu of double-season plastic film peanuts have been planted and 10,000 mu of high-quality peanuts have been planted. At present, the demonstration base of 10,000 mu of peanuts in our town is being declared as a pollution-free agricultural product base.
