Yatang fish

Duck pond fish is one of the five famous local dishes in Guangxi. Duck pond fish refers to cartilaginous fish produced in Yaertang, Liangshuijing Village, Beiliu Town, Beiliu City, Guangxi. Crucian carp, dace, carp, grass and other fish are stocked in this pond, all of which are cartilage, mainly because there are several clear springs injected into the pond near the pond, which are inexhaustible all the year round. Spring water contains many trace elements that are beneficial to fish growth. Some elements have a special softening effect on fish bones. The fish has a long breeding history and was used as a tribute in Qing Dynasty.
