Mianhu potato shell board

Different from Hakka people, Mianhu potato shell plate pays more attention to the appearance and color of the food for the elderly. The potato shell plate is made of sweet potatoes, with bean paste as the main material, a shepherd's purse in the center, and two carrot slices at 90 degrees below to make a peach plate. After steaming until it is fully cooked, it is cut into blocks, and then mixed with beaten egg flowers and appropriate amount of salt to fry until golden brown.
