"1" means "covered with scallion", which is a classic specialty of Yangjiang. Covered with crocodile-like skin, Gai Suwen is a deep-sea fish with delicious meat and strip texture, which is difficult to catch. Yangjiang people make it into salted fish, and then fry or cook it when eating it.
