Pengshan Cuiya is a specialty of Zherong County, Ningde City, Fujian Province. Pengshan green shoots, beautiful peaks, green soup color, rich and lasting aroma, fresh and refreshing, thirst-quenching, and endless aftertaste. Zherong County is located in the mid-subtropical mountainous climate, with an average elevation of more than 500 meters, with 93 peaks over 1,000 meters, overlapping peaks, lush forests, misty clouds, criss-crossing streams, abundant rainfall, cool climate, fertile soil and excellent water quality, which is very suitable for tea production. It can be described as "famous tea with mountain clouds". "Pengshan Cuiya" base is built in a mountainous area with an altitude of 600-700 meters, a large temperature difference between day and night, many clouds and long diffuse light, and the forest belt at the foot of the mountain is more than 20 meters. In terms of planting, the tea area is landscaped, the cultivation is standardized, and the tea seedlings are standardized. In terms of tea cultivation, the combination of intermediate tillage and shallow tillage is adopted, with organic fertilizer as the main factor and fertilization by stages. In tea tree pruning, the combination of fixed cutting, light cutting, floating cutting, heavy cutting and table mowing is adopted, and physical machinery is used to control pests and diseases to achieve the goal of pure green and pollution-free. "Pengshan Cuiya" adopts the earliest "Fuding Dahao" tender buds before Qingming Festival, and is refined through more than ten processes, such as tea green acceptance, cleaning, spreading and drying, deactivating enzymes, tidying, modeling, removing milli, fragrance, inspection, packaging and warehousing. In 2007, the company also spent more than 650,000 yuan to purchase a flat tea production line with a fresh leaf handling capacity of 50kg/h, which realized the clean production of tea and improved the quality of tea. Pengshan Cuiya won the gold medal in the first famous tea in Ningde, the silver medal in the second China Taimu Cup Tea King Competition, the four-star tea king in the China Tea and Tea Culture Expo, the gold medal in the China New Famous Tea Expo at the Shanghai International Tea Culture Festival, and the gold medal in the third China Famous Tea Oriental Charm Cup. Now it has become a famous trademark in Fujian Province and a famous brand product in Fujian Province.
