Pearl tulong

One of Liancheng's delicacies: the Pearl Tulong, whose scientific name is Zhuskunk, feeds on bamboo and hairy root buds and likes to dig mud holes. Liancheng dialect calls it Tulong. "Pearl Tulong" is one of the rare dishes. It is cooked with Tulong and glutinous rice. The glutinous rice is pure white and the grains are like pearls, hence its name.
