Songxi Xiaojiao is a special snack in Songxi County, Nanping City, Fujian Province. Because, if you don't add water, white sugar won't melt, and you will chew the candy when you eat it, and the taste is not good. The egg skin should be cut in half. If it is wrapped in too many layers, it will spread out. After making it, wrap it into long strips, and then steam it in an engineering stove for an hour and a half. In the past, only on holidays or when ordinary people hosted banquets at home could they eat small horns. Nowadays, it is no longer difficult to eat small horns. The process of making small corners has also been constantly refurbished and improved with the changes of everyone's tastes. Sliced, dipped in egg liquid and fried, it feels more crisp. There are 6 provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritages in Songxi County, and Xiaojiao, as a unique famous food in Songxi County, is famous on the list, and it is the only intangible cultural heritage on the tip of the tongue.
