Sanxi Dayan

Sanxi Dayan is a specialty of sanxi town, Jingde County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. Wild goose, also known as Grey Goose, belongs to Duck family, and is a kind of swan. It has the characteristics of fast growth, high survival rate, strong reproductive ability, strong disease resistance, large size and mainly herbivorous. It is not only a delicious food that people dream of, but also a nutritious and nourishing product for Yiyang. The professional cooperative of Feihong Dayan Breeding in Jingde County was established in October 2006, led by Chen Benli, a large goose farmer and a provincial entrepreneur leader in sanxi town Road West Village, Jingde County. According to the market demand, the cooperative is mainly engaged in the breeding, breeding, processing and sales of wild geese. Today, the cooperative has 63 members, 1,200 mu of artificial grassland and 2,000 mu of natural grassland; 4,000 breeding geese are raised annually, and 42,000 young geese and 37,500 commercial meat geese are provided annually. Through several years' efforts, cooperatives have quickly embarked on the road of standardization, standardization and industrialization. In 2008, it obtained the Production License of Breeding Livestock and Poultry in Xuancheng, in 2009, the products of Dayan passed the certification of organic products, and in 2010, Dayan Farm was evaluated as the demonstration community of standardized livestock and poultry breeding in Xuancheng, and the cooperative successively won the honorary titles of Xuancheng Standardized Farmers' Professional Cooperative, Xuancheng Top Ten Farmers' Professional Cooperative, Anhui Advanced Farmers' Professional Cooperative and Provincial Demonstration Cooperative.
