Jingxian pickles

Pickles in Jingxian County are a specialty of Jingxian County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The pickles, a specialty of Jingxian County, have a long history, and have been favored by people since ancient times. They are listed as traditional seasoning products for friends and relatives, especially coriander, ginger, garlic and sesame radish strips. Nowadays, there are many enterprises that make pickles in Jingxian County. Headed by "Zhengxinglong" brand, pickles production has become an enterprise group with a certain production scale and a certain market in Jingxian County. The series of pickles produced by Jingxian Yucai Pickles Factory is a famous specialty in Anhui Province, with a history of nearly 100 years. The products are finely processed by traditional technology and unique formula without adding any preservatives, and sell well both inside and outside the province.
