Zheng Chang, the oldest of the three Zheng brothers who opened the restaurant first, explained the reasons for the prosperity of snack street: local, special, cheap and practical. Earth, that is, all local dishes are used; Special, it is a feature of the whole street-small crock soup, each family has more than 20 small stoves, which are lit in the morning, one pot at a time, and slowly simmered; Cheap means cheap; Actually, it is not to kill customers or bully customers. The renovation and widening of National Highway 206 has gradually standardized Taoxi Snack Street. Now it is called "Taoxi Food and Entertainment City". The town has organized various investments of nearly 7 million yuan to build an urbanized market town integrating food, entertainment, commerce and residence. The town chamber of commerce has led the establishment of the private economic council of the food city, and the town government has also issued a series of preferential policies to attract foreign investment and expand the scale of the food city.
