Jinbaqin bud

Qin Ya is a special vegetable cultivated by Wu Chengshu, a farmer from Jinba Village, Baihu Town, Lujiang County, after years of hard work. It is as white as jade, fresh and tender, with rich nutrition and unique flavor. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, lowering blood pressure and reducing swelling, and can be used for frying, scalding and cold salad. In June, 2000, Jinba brand celery bud produced in Jinba Village, Baihu Town was certified as green food by the Ministry of Agriculture. Jinba celery bud association was established in October 2003, mainly engaged in the production, transportation and sales of "Jinba" brand celery buds. In recent years, the science popularization demonstration base of Lujiang Jinba Qinya Association has made remarkable achievements in science and technology training, science popularization, science and technology going to the countryside and science and technology demonstration. Location of Jinba Qinya Association in Lujiang County: The geographical protection scope delineated in 2013: 19 villages within the administrative area of Baihu Town in Lujiang County, including Peigang Community, Jinwan Community, Tangchuanhe Village, Sunzui Village, Maozui Village, Taochong Village, Quanshui Village, Denghu Village, Liugang Village, Hubang Village, Shungang Village, Baihu Village, Meishan Village, Wudu Village and Quanshui Village.
