Anhui Sizhou Flour Co., Ltd. is a key investment enterprise of Sixian county party committee and county government in 2005. It is exclusively invested and built by Jiangsu Dengda Construction Group Co., Ltd., covering an area of 60 mu and employing 80 people. The first phase of the project invested 40 million yuan to build a new automatic flour production line with a daily processing capacity of 300 tons of wheat, as well as supporting warehouses and inspection facilities, which was completed and put into operation in August 2006. The annual output of flour can reach 50,000 tons and the annual sales can reach 100 million yuan. In recent years, the company has been awarded the leading enterprise of grain industrialization in Anhui Province, the Anhui Quality Award, the leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Suzhou City, and the advanced member unit of Suzhou Grain Association, and the "Zhongyuan Emperor" brand wheat flour (special flour) has been rated as a famous brand product in Suzhou. In March 2009, the company invested an additional 60 million yuan to implement the second phase expansion project, including: 35 million yuan to build five new cement storage granaries with a total capacity of 40,000 tons; Invest 25 million yuan to build a new fully automatic flour production line with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons of wheat. After the second-phase expansion project is put into production, the output value can be increased by 300 million yuan, the sales will be 320 million yuan, and the profit and tax will be 20 million yuan. The company has always adhered to the purpose of "quality first, customer first, Excellence, honesty and trustworthiness", and strictly controlled all the passes from raw materials entering the factory to products entering the market, and the qualified rate of ex-factory products was 100% by the municipal and county quality supervision departments. It has passed the certification of ISO 9001: 2000 international quality management system, ISO22000:2005 food safety management system and ISO14001:2004 environmental management system. At present, the main varieties of "Zhongyuan Emperor" brand flour are super flour, special one, special two ordinary flour and biscuit flour, high gluten flour, medium gluten flour, low gluten flour, bread flour, pastry flour, noodle flour, steamed bread flour, jiaozi flour, etc., and flour varieties with specific quality can also be made according to customers' requirements.
