Dangshan yellow peach is a specialty of Dangshan County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province. Dangshan yellow peach has superior quality, golden flesh and no red pigment, and the canned food is not muddy soup, and the sweet and sour taste is moderate. Dangshan county is a national production base of high-quality yellow peaches. At present, the planting area of yellow peaches in this county is 120,000 mu, with an annual output of 480 million kilograms of fresh peaches, and the daily trading volume of fresh peaches has exceeded 3 million kilograms. Especially this year, the market price has increased by more than 30% compared with the same period of last year, reaching 2.8 yuan per kilogram, and yellow peaches have become the "Huang Jintao" of local fruit farmers. Southwest Gate Town, Dangshan County, Anhui Province, located 8 kilometers north of National Highway 310, has an area of 60,000 mu of yellow peaches (insoluble substances) for processing, with an annual output of more than 200,000 tons of yellow peaches, which has led to the development of surrounding towns of 100,000 mu. It has become the largest yellow peach base for continuous processing in China. In 2004, "Yiyou" brand yellow peaches were certified as pollution-free products by the Ministry of Agriculture, and in August 2005, Xinanmen Town was awarded the title of "Hometown of Yellow Peaches in China". The successful certification of "Yiyou" brand pollution-free yellow peach has further improved the degree of standardized fruit production and expanded market access and competition. It is well received by local processing manufacturers, thus becoming the order production base of many yellow peach processing enterprises. It enjoys a good reputation in the north and south. The main cultivars of yellow peach in Southwest Gate Town are: Jinxiu, 83, Can 5, Jintong 5, 19, etc., which are golden in color, rich in aroma and excellent in pulp insolubility. Suitable for processing canned goods, preserved peaches, peach juice and quick-frozen peach slices. Processed products are very popular in Europe, America, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia and other international markets.
