Yuchangxiang moon cake

Yuchangxiang Moon Cake is a traditional moon cake produced by Lao Pangjia in Beiguan, Fucheng, which belongs to a century-old brand. There is a saying in Fuyang City, Anhui Province that "there are cherries in Fuyang in the south and dried moss in Guoyang in the north". This Fuyang cherry refers to the preserved cherry used to make moon cakes and cakes by the old Fuyang brand Yuchangxiang. Yuchangxiang's moon cakes are crispy, mashed dates, bananas, watermelons, hawthorn, peaches, honey juice and five kernels, etc. They are all made by traditional techniques, and all of them are made of pure natural raw materials. They are soft and delicious to eat, sweet but not greasy, especially after chewing. "Yuchangxiang" promised that the shelf life would be half a year. In fact, after one year, the moon cake tastes the same and is still fragrant.
