In 1991, it introduced the scientific and technical personnel and technology of Wuliangye Winery, combined with local conditions such as soil, water, climate and resources, conducted scientific research, and developed a series of products based on rice, corn, glutinous rice, wheat and high grain. On the basis of inheriting the five-grain technology, it was intensively developed by two national first-class wine appraisers and bartenders. The new generation of Wuliang puree series wine brewed is rich and fragrant, sweet and mellow, with harmonious tastes and mild taste. It not only inherits the noble and elegant pedigree of Wuliangye, but also creates a unique quality of peace and mellow, which fills the gap in the production of Qu wine with Wuliang as raw material in Anhui Province. In 2010, Tang Qiao, the chairman of Wuliangye Group, also made a special trip to Anhui, Sichuan and Chunchun to learn about the production situation, so that this friendship story can be continued, which is also the most colorful stroke in the history of brand inheritance in Anhui, Chunchun. In 2008, the company increased its capital by 50 million yuan in the industrial park, rebuilt and expanded the original winery, and introduced advanced production equipment, which greatly improved productivity and product quality. The company now covers an area of 50,000 square meters and produces 10,000 tons of liquor annually. In 2009, it passed three certifications: ISO9001 international quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system.
