Tongling soybean Tongling soybean alias "Tingzhou soybean" is an excellent local variety in Tongling. Formerly known as "flat head yellow", there are two strains of big flat head yellow and-head yellow. Protein content is 47.87% and 47.31% respectively, which is 19.7% and 18.3% higher than other soybean protein content, but the fat content is 18.46% and 17.5%, which is slightly lower than that of general soybean varieties. Tongling dry tea, a special product of Tongling, was produced by using soybean sheng from Tingzhou, Tongling County as the main raw material. It was produced before the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. Pilgrims from all over the country, as well as from South Korea, India and other countries, have to buy some dried Datong tea for vegetarian food. The dried Tongling tea is delicate in taste, chewy for a long time, rich in nutrition and poor in aftertaste, which is suitable for people of different levels and ages. There are more than 10 varieties of Datong dried tea, such as ham, Pubao, Shixiang and Shuangwei. Compared with other soybeans, the protein content of soybean products produced by Tongling is 19.7% and 18.3% higher, but the fat content is slightly lower.
