Wild Que Tongue Tea is a specialty of Tongling County, Tongling City, Anhui Province. Tongling wild tongue tea is slightly flat in shape, spear-like, tender and fragrant, fresh and refreshing in taste, clear and bright in soup color and bright in green and bright in leaf bottom, which has won people's favor. Tongling wild finch tongue tea, referred to as wild finch tongue for short, is a famous tea in history and belongs to green tea. Wild finch tongue was produced from the late Ming Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty. In the eleventh year of the Republic of China (1922), it was recorded that wild finch tongue was produced in Tongguan Mountain and Dongxiang and Xixiang mountainous areas. Method of making tea: raw leaves are baked with fire. The quality of tea is thick and fragrant, but the output is very small. The annual output is 100 tons, and each load is 100 yuan. It is sold in Shun 'an, Wuhu. ┉┉ However, the technology of wild finch tongue was lost later. Wild quefoil tea is organized and produced by Wusong Tea Forest Farm. In 1987, Ms. Xie Zigui, a senior agronomist, creatively planned the development project of famous tea, put forward a new tea-making process design, and restored and developed the tongue of the famous historical tea. On February 28, 1992, the Municipal Economic Commission of Agriculture invited tea experts from both inside and outside the province to demonstrate the feasibility of developing famous tea. On April 22, 1992 and April 20, 1993, the samples of wild finch tongue were sent to the Tea Quality Supervision, Inspection and Measurement Center of the Ministry of Agriculture for evaluation, and were identified as the comments of famous tea: the shape was slightly flat, shaped like a spear, tender and fragrant, the taste was fresh and refreshing, the soup color was clear and bright, and the leaves were light and green. Biochemical and hygienic indexes have reached the national standards. In 1993, Songlan tea was also appraised as a famous green tea. Wild bird tongue was registered as Wusongshan brand in 1997, and the tea name was registered again in February 1999. Wild Que Tongue Tea and Songlan Tea won provincial famous teas in 1992 and 1995 and were awarded the title of high-quality agricultural products. In 1992, he won the first prize of Tongling Science and Technology; In 1993, he won the fourth prize of Spark in Anhui Province; In 1994, he won the first prize of the first "Chinese Tea Cup"; Gold Award in the Second China Agricultural Expo in 1995; In 1999 and 2001, it won the famous brand agricultural products of China International Agricultural Expo for two consecutive years. Songlan Tea won the third prize of Tongling Science and Technology Progress Award in 1995.
