Nanling Guangshan Crisp is a specialty of Nanling County, Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Guangshan Crisp, a specialty of Nanling, is a pure natural food developed according to modern nutrition on the basis of Buddhist classic vegetarian records and traditional Chinese medicine dietotherapy. Qixinghe Food Factory in Nanling County, Anhui Province is located at the east gate of Nanling County, Wuhu City. It is a food production and processing enterprise with local characteristics in Anhui Province and the only production unit of Nanling specialty Guangshan Crisp. The "Guangshan Crisp" and "Heiwei Crisp" produced by Qixinghe Food Factory in Nanling County passed the appraisal of the Provincial Expert Technical Committee in 1993, won the "Achievement Award" of the first national collective enterprise achievement exhibition in 1994, won the "Gold Award" of the International Food and Processing Technology Expo in 1995, won the second prize of the county scientific and technological progress in 1996, and won the "Guangshan" in 2000 and 2005. In July 2003, China Brand Development Promotion Association confirmed Guangshan Crisp as a recommended product of famous brands in China, and won the Hou Ji Award of the 11th Yangling Agricultural High-tech Association in China in November 2003.
