Auricularia Jingning

Jingning auricularia auricula is a specialty of Jingning County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Jingning is the first county in our province to artificially cultivate auricularia auricula. At present, the output and quality account for the first place in Zhejiang Province. The produced auricularia auricula is large in flower shape, thick in meat, dark in color, high in yield, and contains a variety of nutrients. The products are sold in Japan, Hong Kong and other places. China's auricularia auricula is famous all over the world, and Jingning auricularia auricula is famous all over the country. The auricularia auricula produced is of high quality and large quantity, which was well-known as early as the early 1990s. It won gold medals in the second and third national agricultural fairs and was identified as a famous brand product in China by the Ministry of Agriculture. Jingning Auricularia auricula was also awarded the national special prize for export quality of similar products. In 2009, 10,196,400 bags of auricularia auricula were planted in Yingchuan, Maoyang, Jiulong, Wutong, Qiulu, Jiadi and Jingnan in Jingning County, and 11,725.9 tons of fresh auricularia auricula were harvested and 781.7 tons of auricularia auricula were dried. The price per kilogram ranged from 640 to 70 yuan, with a total output value of 53.53 million yuan.
