Yunhe mushroom

Yunhe mushroom is a specialty of Yunhe County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Yunhe is one of the main producing areas of Lentinus edodes. Good natural ecological environment and green production methods make Yunhe Lentinus edodes grow well and eat with confidence. Yunhe mushroom production has a long history. As early as more than 800 years ago, Yunhe Mushroom people created the history of artificial cultivation of mushrooms by the original "cutting flowers" method. With the advent of "Duanmu pure strain cultivation technology", "Yunhe mushroom" has occupied the domestic and foreign markets with its unique advantages. Because the green and pollution-free mushrooms produced by Yunhe were well received by Shanghai residents, they were designated as agricultural products for Shanghai in 2010.
