Xie Li cha Shao pork knuckle

Xieli tea is a kind of herbal medicine commonly used by Songyang people, which has the effects of expelling wind, removing dampness and strengthening the body. Chop that roots of Xieli tea tree and decoct them in a pot to make soup for later use, then cutting the cleaned pig's feet into pieces, soak them in warm soup, adding appropriate amount of rice wine, salt, monosodium glutamate and other seasonings into Xieli tea soup and stewing. The pig's feet cooked with Xieli tea are fat but not greasy, and the tea is delicious. It is a famous traditional medicinal food in Songyang. Some people also cook Xieli tea with eggs, commonly known as Chaigen eggs, which have the same medicinal diet effect.
