Songyang Tea Songyang Tea has formed a scale when it was recorded in the Three Kingdoms. By the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the reputation of tea production became more and more prosperous. According to the Records of Songyang County, in 1929, Songyang Tea won the first prize of West Lake International Expo. In recent years, on the basis of inheriting the cultural heritage of tea, the county has created and developed seven famous teas such as "Silver Monkey", "Yufeng" and "Wanshou Tea". In 1984, Songyang "Silver Monkey" was awarded as a provincial famous tea. In 1991, it was rated as a famous tea in China by the factory at the Hangzhou International Tea Culture Festival. "Songyang Yufeng" was rated as a provincial famous tea in 1988. In the same year, the refined "eyebrow tea" of Songyang tea won the Brown Shelf Award of the 24th World Food Expo. All the famous teas in Songyang have the same characteristics: delicate picking, fine processing, unique appearance and internal quality, and the quality style of famous alpine teas, which is worthy of being a treasure in tea. The green and clear soup color, fresh and refreshing taste, and rich and refreshing fragrance all make tea drinkers gasp in admiration. The "Songyang Silver Monkey" began in the Three Kingdoms period 1,800 years ago. In the Tang Dynasty, Ye Fashan, a famous Taoist priest, cultivated it in accordance with Lu Yu's Tea Classic, and called it "Maoshan Fairy Tea". He entered the palace and was deeply loved by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and later became a tribute to the palace.
