Jinyun Zizania latifolia is a specialty of Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Dayang, Qianlu, Huzhen and other towns in Jinyun County, by virtue of their unique climatic advantages, produced Zizania latifolia, which is fresh, tender, crisp, delicious and of high quality, has gradually become a brand in the domestic and foreign markets. Zizania latifolia is a special product of Jinyun. Zizania latifolia is a diseased product of a plant called Zizania latifolia, and Zizania latifolia is a kind of grain fruit called Zizania latifolia. In recent years, the water bamboo industry in Jinyun has developed rapidly, with a total planting area of 36 thousand mu, which is the main water bamboo producing area in the province. At present, there are four planting modes of Zizania latifolia, namely, single-season Zizania latifolia in high mountains, two crops a year in single season, double-season Zizania latifolia and Zizania latifolia in greenhouse. Jinyun Zizania latifolia is in the forefront of the city in terms of planting scale and multi-mode application. By implementing the strategy of creating and building famous brands, Jinyun Zizania latifolia registered the alpine Zizania latifolia brands such as Shanla, Jinshuishan and Xiandu. Among them, "Shanla" and "Jinshuishan" brand 4,000 mu high mountain water bamboo bases have passed the provincial green agricultural product certification, and "Shanla" brand high mountain water bamboo has passed the green product certification of the Ministry of Agriculture. Pollution-free water bamboo in Dayang, Qianlu, Huzhen and other towns in Jinyun County is continuously sold to vegetable markets in large and medium-sized cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo, with a daily sales volume of about 50 tons.
