Tiantai atractylodes macrocephala

Atractylodes macrocephala, also known as wintering, is a perennial herb, which is harvested in October and November every year. It has the effects of invigorating the spleen and stomach and removing dampness and dryness. Indications: weakness of spleen and stomach, listlessness, hypodynamia and edema, dizziness, spontaneous sweating, and uneasy fetal qi. Tiantai is rich in Atractylodes macrocephala, which is a large cash crop of Shannong.
