Sanmen razor clam is famous for its big body, thick meat and delicious taste. It is widely distributed along the coast. At present, the county raises 46,249 mu of razor clams, with an annual output of 16,388 tons, which are exported to Taizhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, Shanghai and other places. The small packaging workshop of Jiantiao Refrigeration Factory has refined small packaging fresh razor clams and entered the international market. In April and May every year, the yellow mud snail is painted and picked up by coastal farmers under the lamp. These large, thin-shelled and delicious yellow snails have a unique flavor after fine processing by aquatic products and foreign trade departments. In recent years, Sanmen yellow snail has sold well in Hong Kong, Macao and Japan. Sanmen Information Port provides (Sanmen) Sanmen Sinonovacula as a geographical indication certification trademark.
