Dish is a characteristic agricultural product of Ganjiang River, named after its flat shape like a disk. Planting history is more than 160 years. It has the advantages of smooth appearance, white skin, delicious meat and good quality, and has been favored by Wenzhou and Taizhou markets. It has been recognized as the origin of pollution-free agricultural products at the ministerial level and won the "Gold Award" at the Provincial Agricultural Expo. In recent years, it has not only entered Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and other markets, but also been sold to Russia, France and other places for seven consecutive years. In September this year, Dianshantou Village of this town was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture as the fourth batch of national demonstration villages and towns with one village and one product. Dianshantou Village is located in Chumen Peninsula, Yuhuan County, with an agricultural land area of more than 1,600 mu and a vegetable planting scale of more than 1,500 mu. It is a characteristic agricultural pillar industry in the village and has a cultivation history of more than 160 years. In recent years, the village has comprehensively optimized the allocation of resources, adjusted the planting structure of dry land and paddy field, and developed a vegetable production base based on dish vegetables, taking the market as the guide and relying on science and technology. In 2013, the output of cabbage reached 4,750 tons, and the income of cabbage industry reached 16.25 million yuan. There are two farmers' professional cooperatives and one leading agricultural enterprise based on the vegetable industry in the village, and a team of agricultural products brokers has been established. The training rate of farmers in production and sales is 100%, and the purchase and sales rate of agricultural products brokers is over 70%. The base scale, standardization of production and integration of processing and sales of dish in Dianshantou Village lead the rapid development of dish industrialization.
