Daixi grape is a specialty of Daixi Town, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Daixi brand grape is a provincial pollution-free base agricultural product. Among them, Red Fuji grape has many characteristics, such as juicy, sweet, strong fragrance and soft pulp. "Daixi Grape" is mainly produced in Daixi Town, Daishan County, and is rich in red Fuji grapes. In recent years, the introduction of new varieties such as Giant Rose and Rizamat has been successful, and the research on facility cultivation and cold storage processing technology has been intensified, and the grape industrialization process has been accelerated. There are two main varieties of Daixi grapes. One is Red Fuji, the fruit is white and red, and it is crystal clear. The other one is called "white banana", with transparent fruit color and slightly smaller grain head, which tastes very clear, and some are also called "cream grapes".
