Changshan Hericium erinaceus is a specialty of Changshan County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Changshan Hericium erinaceus is famous at home and abroad, with small and beautiful flowers, tender texture, sweet and refreshing taste, rich nutrition and unique flavor. Changshan County is located in the mountainous area of western Zhejiang, and the green mountains and green waters have created a "natural culture area" which is very suitable for edible fungi production.
