Wutao

Wutao is a subgroup of hard walnut in the southern variety group, which mainly grows between 200 and 1200 meters above sea level and is distributed in Xinqiao, Furong, Jinyuan and other towns in Changshan, especially Qianshan, Yanbei and Xilinggang in Xinqiao Township. Black peach is a wild fruit in high mountains, which has been cultivated artificially for 200 years. Wutao is named for its black appearance. Peach can be divided into big fruit and small fruit. The diameter of big fruit is 6.5-7.5cm, and that of small fruit is 4.0-4.5cm. The fruit shape index is about 1.0, the flesh is purplish red, the taste is sweet and slightly sour, crisp and palatable, and you can eat it directly without washing the peel fluff. Rich in nutrition, the sugar content per 100g fresh peach is 5.22g, and the fat content is 0.085g, which is significantly lower than that of ordinary peaches. It contains Vc20.29mg of VC, 5.07g of crude fiber and 7.303g of inorganic salt, which is higher than that of ordinary peach, and has the function of invigorating stomach and helping digestion. The proportion of edible parts is large, reaching more than 92%, which is easy to leave the core and has good processing performance. High and stable yield, strong resistance to pests and diseases, plant yield can reach more than 50kg.
