Dongbaichunya tea is a specialty of Dongbai Mountain in Dongyang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Dongbaichunya tea has fat leaves, exposed buds, tender and green color, fresh taste, fresh aroma, yellow and tender leaves, and clear soup color. Dongbaichunya is also called Dongbaichunya and Dongbaicha. Produced in Dongbai Mountain in Dongyang, Jinhua City and Dapan Mountain in Pan 'an. It is famous for its long history and excellent quality. Dongbai Mountain is located in the northeast of Dongyang, bordering Zhuji and Shengzhou. The mountains rise and fall, towering over cui wei. The mountains are foggy all year round, and the mountains are hidden from time to time. In the 9th year of Emperor Kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (589), Wuzhou was set up, and the name of Tang Dynasty was changed to Dongyang County, and the name of Song Dynasty was Dongyang County (now Jinhua, Zhejiang Province). Therefore, Dongbai Tea was known as "Zizhou Dongbai" and "Dongyang Dongbai" in history. According to ancient records, Dongbai tea was famous in the world in the Tang Dynasty and was listed as a tribute in the Ming Dynasty. Dongbai tea has three different names: Dongbai Maojian, Dongbai Chunya and Dongbai Terminal Bud. Their common characteristics are: fat leaves, exposed buds, tender and green color, fresh and mellow taste, fresh aroma, yellow and tender leaves, and clear soup color. The green leaves of spring buds are inlaid with gold edges, with orchid fragrance; The terminal bud leaves are beautiful, with obvious fuzz, accompanied by orchid fragrance and lasting aftertaste. After biochemical analysis, Dongbaichunya can be compared with West Lake Longjing. In 1989, Dongbaichunya was awarded the title of "the first-class famous tea in Zhejiang Province", and Dongbaichouya was awarded the provincial famous tea quality certificate. Dongbaichunya won the international famous tea gold medal for two consecutive years in 2000 and 2001. Dongbaichunya was harvested between Qingming and Grain Rain. Generally, tea gardens in middle and low mountains are mined first, and tea gardens in high mountains are mined later. When picking, pick according to the standard of one bud, one leaf and two leaves blooming, and the length of bud leaves should not exceed 3 cm. The processing technology of Dongbaichunya is divided into the processes of releasing, deactivating enzymes, frying and kneading, primary baking and secondary baking. The picked fresh leaves are spread out after picking, and the time depends on the weather, humidity and fresh leaves.
