At that time, she mainly made wonton. So far, she still remembers that after the Cultural Revolution, the county once held a technical contest in the drinking and clothing industry in the lighting stadium, and she won the prize by making 500 wonton in five minutes. After retirement, she opened a bright snack bar on Heping Road, and also hired Zhu Lanfang, an old chef of the original bright snack bar, and Li Liren, a secondary pastry chef of the original city beverage service company, as guidance. Zhu Lanfang is 73 years old. She was good at making steamed buns and chicken gizzards. The skin of her fried chicken gizzard is thin and crisp, which has a special flavor.
