The red persimmon of Yuliangshan is a specialty of Yuliangshan Village, huang dian zhen, Lanxi City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Yuliangshan red persimmon has moderate fruit size, early maturity, bright red color and soft and refreshing flesh. It is the lowest starch content and the most pleasant fresh persimmon variety. The product was determined by Zhejiang Forestry College: 17.2% of fresh fruit soluble solids, 15.53% of sugar, 12.23% of reducing sugar, 1.01% of starch and 0.45% of crude fiber.
