Panzhoujia handmade noodles

Pan Zhoujia handmade noodles are a specialty of Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Pan Zhoujia handmade noodles are also called "longevity noodles". Made by hand, it has the characteristics of non-paste, soft and smooth when cooked, and non-sticky when chewed. It has the effect of harmonizing the stomach and nourishing the stomach after long-term consumption. Pan Zhoujia Handmade Noodle Professional Cooperative in Pujiang County is located in Zhou Jiacun, Tanxi Town, Pujiang County, on the Huyuan River at the junction of Pujiang County and Tonglu County, with beautiful scenery and clean air, which is suitable for making handmade noodles. The cooperative was established on March 28th, 2006. Its main business model is company plus farmers. At present, it has 106 registered members, and it implements self-management, self-service and democratic management according to the "one-person-one-vote system". Members enjoy equal rights, benefit sharing, risk sharing, voluntary membership and freedom to quit. The cooperative has established five "Pan Zhoujia" handmade noodle processing bases in Zhoujia, Panjia, Dazi, Dayang and Xiaofu, Tanxi Town, Pujiang County. In 2009, 400 tons of handmade noodles were produced and processed, with sales income of 5.76 million yuan and owners' rights and interests of 600,000 yuan, which led to more than 200 local non-member farmers, solved the original problem of idle labor and increased farmers' income. The per capita net income of members is 6,500 yuan, and the annual income of non-member farmers in processing handmade noodles is 5,000 yuan. In 2009, the cooperative was rated as a model professional cooperative in Zhejiang Province and an excellent agricultural professional cooperative in Pujiang County. The "Pan Zhoujia" brand handmade noodles won the famous trademark of Jinhua City, and passed the QS food safety and quality demonstration to realize standardized production. Products have won: 2003 East China Agricultural Fair Agricultural Products Quality Award; Gold Award for High-quality Agricultural Products in Jinhua City in 2005; 2004 -2008 Zhejiang Agricultural Fair Agricultural Products Quality Award; In 2008 and 2009, Pujiang won the gold medal in the "three rural" Expo.
