"Shun Huang Yun Jian"

"Shunhuang Yunjian" was produced in Xianyan Town. It was rated as a "Famous Tea Rookie" in "91 China Hangzhou International Tea Culture Class" and won the bronze medal. In 1995, it won the gold medal in the China International Technology Products Expo held by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Internal Trade and the State Patent Office (Shengzhou). Shunhuang Yunjian's production area, Shunhuang Mountain Village, is located at the east foot of Huiji Mountain branch and around the original Shunhuang Temple. It is about 500 meters above sea level. The area is humid, with abundant rainfall, the annual rainfall is about 1600 mm, the relative humidity is above 80%, and the soil layer is deep, soft and fertile, which is yellow loam. Clouds often cover the fog barrier, forming diffuse light irradiation suitable for tea growth, which provides superior natural conditions for the formation of famous tea. China's famous tea experts, such as Liu Zhen, Qian Liang, Lv Yunfu, Shentu Jie and Zhang Jiazhi, visited this area successively. Soviet tea expert Bekoff Harry Ba Wa also visited Shunhuang Mountain in 1952.
