Zhamian

Soak dried rice in water to soften it, mash it into powder in a stone mortar, steam it in a pot, press it into a special bucket and squeeze out thin and long vermicelli through a perforated copper screen, cut it, pile it together, spread it into round cakes with the same size, and dry it in the sun to make it.
