Lianshi yellow rice wine is a specialty of Lianshi Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Marketed yellow rice wine is a brewed wine with refined glutinous rice or rice as the main raw material and wheat koji as the main saccharifying and fermenting agent, which is made by steaming, adding koji, saccharifying, fermenting, squeezing, filtering, sterilizing, filling, storing and blending. Marketing yellow rice wine contains eight kinds of sugars and vitamins, and according to the differences in production technology, it can be divided into dry yellow rice wine such as Yuan red wine, semi-dry yellow rice wine such as rice wine and carved flowers, semi-sweet yellow rice wine such as good wine, and sweet yellow rice wine such as Xiangxue wine.
