Nanhu crab

Produced in the Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou network zone of Zhejiang Province, it is known for its individual hypertrophy and delicious meat. In the past, lake crab here relied on natural breeding, and it was captured and listed in the flood season every year. Now artificial breeding and stocking have been started, and some achievements have been achieved.
