Ganpu mutton

Braised mutton and mutton taro are special dishes in Ganpu area. For hundreds of years, it has been the main dish for local red and white banquets and for guests on holidays. It is famous for its bright red color, strong aroma, crisp but not rotten, oily but not greasy in Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Shanghai.
