Yanming

Also known as "Yandang Mao Feng" and "Yandang Clouds". It is a kind of roasted green tea, which must be picked between Qingming and Grain Rain. It is made from the newly developed tender leaves with one bud and one leaf or one bud and three leaves. The color is green, the aroma is fragrant and the taste is mellow. In the Ming Dynasty, it was listed as one of the "Five Treasures of Yanshan Mountain". "Oujiang Yizhi" once said: "Oudi tea, Yanshan is the first", which is not over-praised. Yanming was listed as a tribute in Song, Ming and Qing dynasties. In 1954, it was selected as the national famous tea; It is well-known throughout the country. Yanming is produced in places with high mountains and foggy places such as Longqiubei, Yuanbaoxin, Lianhua Cave and Yanhugang. There is high humidity, rich nutrients in xianglime soil, especially vigorous growth of tea trees, thick bud fertilizer juice and excellent quality.
