Bai Xiang Xiang Gao

Gongjiu brand fragrant cake, created by Gongjiu Nanbei Commodity Firm in Baixiang Town, Yueqing County, has a history of more than 50 years. It is made of glutinous rice flour as the main material, sesame, cotton sugar and citrus cake as the auxiliary materials, and it is steamed and cooked. Its characteristics are white and sweet, soft and crisp.
