In 1991, he won the trophy of "Famous Tea Rookie" in China Hangzhou International Tea Culture Festival, and obtained the "Famous Tea Quality Appraisal Certificate" from the Ministry of Agriculture. Now it is officially listed as a local famous tea in Zhejiang Province. Chengtian Snow Dragon is a flat strip of fried green tea, which looks like Longjing tea, but its quality is different. According to the appraisal of tea experts in three provinces, "Chengtian Snow Dragon" is quite sharp like a sword, and it is strong and energetic. The color is green and white; The fragrance is fragrant, the taste is strong and fresh, the soup color is apricot and bright, and the leaf background color is green and strong. Chengtian Snow Dragon is harvested around the vernal equinox, and can be harvested in spring, summer and autumn all year round. The quality of tea before Ming Dynasty is the best.
