Cangnan mushroom

The agriculture in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province is very developed and famous at home and abroad. The local agricultural industry has a long history, especially the mushroom industry, which has developed rapidly. Cangnan County is located at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian. Because of its large production scale, high output and good quality, it was awarded the "Mushroom Town of China" by the Ministry of Agriculture in 1999. Now the county's mushroom planting area is 35 million square feet, producing 30,000 tons of fresh mushrooms, with an output value of 130 million yuan. At present, a series of products have been formed, such as mushroom preservation, salted mushrooms, vacuum soft packaging, mushroom soy sauce, etc. The products sell well in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo and other places, and salted mushrooms are also exported to the United States, South Korea, Japan, Italy and the Middle East and other countries and regions, becoming foreign exchange earning products in Cangnan County. In 1999, it was awarded the title of "China Mushroom Town" by the Ministry of Agriculture. By the end of 2002, the mushroom planting area reached 35 million square feet. At present, there are three mushroom production demonstration bases in Xiakui, Qiban and Lanshan, and advanced technologies such as chaff covering technology, secondary fermentation technology, storage and transportation, preservation, mountain grass planting and board field planting have been developed. The annual output is 40,000 tons, and the annual output exceeds 100 million yuan. At present, there are three demonstration bases for mushroom production in Xiakui, Qipan and Lanshan, and Cangnan Qingyuan Mushroom Professional Cooperative Organization has been established, and advanced technologies such as covering technology with chaff, secondary fermentation technology, storage and transportation, preservation, mountain grass planting and board field planting have been developed. Nearly 10 leading agricultural enterprises such as mushroom processing plants have been established, and more than 10 leading agricultural enterprises such as mushroom professional trading market, Tianfeng Industrial Co., Ltd. and Changsheng Fruit and Vegetable Food Co., Ltd. have been established, and series products such as "Meilin" brand canned mushrooms, mushroom soy sauce and vacuum soft-packed fresh mushroom slices have been developed. Exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, the Middle East and other countries and regions, Cangnan is the first important agricultural product to earn foreign exchange.
