Maqiao

Formerly known as Qiao Shi, it originated from the custom of folk women begging for Qiao from Vega on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month. Maqiao is made of high-quality flour, sucrose, lard, salt, soda and other raw materials, which are made into a tongue shape, sprinkled with sesame seeds and baked.
