Nanxi wheat cake originally came from Yongjia Shatou. The original ingredients of a wheat cake are: half a catty of wheat flour, an egg and a tablespoon of vegetable oil, which are stirred and kneaded thoroughly to form a concave shape and embedded with pickles, fresh meat, boiled shrimp and monosodium glutamate. After wrapping, beat it into a flat circle with a mallet, put it in a flat-bottomed iron frying pan and bake it hard in an oven.
